The Bedford Corn Exchange promotes a programme of live events featuring performers from the worlds of comedy, theatre and music. We are also proud to boast one of only two UK residencies of the Philharmonia Orchestra outside London.
The Central Box Office can provide a full ticketing service for events at the Bedford Corn Exchange in addition to those within Bedford and the surrounding areas.

The Urban Folk Quartet
In their first three months together The Urban Folk Quartet played in the UK, Italy, Belgium and Spain, headlining major festivals and winning the Spanish International Folk Competition!
Led by Joe Broughton, The Urban Folk Quartet is a wonderful fusion - a heady mix from traditional tunes of England and Spain to the vibrant rhythms of the Birmingham scene. Virtuosic not just in feel and technical ability but in musical concept as well, The Urban Folk Quartet is a coming together of four of the most inspired and experienced young people working in world music today.
