With Government guidance announced to help stop the spread of coronavirus, Bedford Borough Council is announcing some changes to our facilities and services at this extraordinary time.
As has been seen with other UK performance venues, the decision has been taken to close Bedford Corn Exchange for the time being.
We are currently managing all cancellations of shows and events on a rolling basis and are keeping the timeframe for this under constant review. We are seeking to reschedule performances for a later date wherever possible.
Where performances are rescheduled, tickets already purchased will be valid for the new date. Refunds will be issued for customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled date. For any cancelled performances, customers will be issued with a refund.
Our front of house team will be in contact with all affected customers in due course. Please bear with us during this time as we have a large number of customers to contact.
We will keep you up-to-date as the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
A return visit for this exciting new orchestra bringing together the leading young orchestral students from all four local music hubs: Bedford Borough, Luton, Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes, to perform together under the baton of acclaimed conductor, Phillip Hesketh. The programme is scheduled to include some of Prokofiev’s mighty Romeo and Juliette Suite as well as film favourites. Quite an occasion!
