Terms and Conditions of Booking

Refunds - In common with general theatre practice, we regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except where a show is cancelled. We can accept your tickets for re-sale, but the venue's unsold tickets will take priority. A charge of £1 will be made if tickets are sold on your behalf.

Reservations - Tickets can be reserved for a period of 7 days. No unpaid reservations can be accepted in the 4 days prior to a performance.

Latecomers - To avoid disturbing the audience and performers, late-comers in some shows may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Charges - There will be an additional £1.00 postage fee charged for all tickets requested to be posted. In addition to this a £1.50 transaction fee will be added to all transactions over £8.00 made in person or via the telephone and all tickets purchased online are subject to a £2.50 internet transaction fee.

The use of cameras, video and audio recording equipment and mobile telephones is not permitted during performances.

Please advise us of your access requirements when booking. For further information on facilities for disabled people at Bedford Corn Exchange, please click here (opens in a new window).

Data Protection

Bedford Corn Exchange is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good information handling practices. When booking a ticket, your details will be held on our database and you will be given the option of being sent information on future shows at the venue that we feel may be of interest to you. Please advise the Central Box Office at this point if you do not require this service.

Support Acts

Support acts are regularly used by producers to start a show and warm up the audience for the main act. The Corn Exchange does not always know if a support act is being used at the time of going to press. Patrons are therefore advised that support acts may be used at the discretion of the producing management. For further information patrons may enquire at the Central Box Office on the afternoon of the performance.
