When booking the venue
we require all hirers to read, understand and sign a copy of our Conditions
of Hire. Bulleted below are some of the key points from the Conditions of
Hire that you may wish to consider prior to pencilling a date with the venue.
- Who can hire the venue
and who must be present at the function.
- Damage deposits and
damage to the venue.
- Cancelling a booking.
- What cannot be brought
into the venue without prior permission - for example fireworks and live
animals.
- Ushers and door security.
- Specific requirements
for a range of events including stage plays, film screenings and auctions.
- Using the Central Box
Office and advertising your public event.
- Bar services, corkage
charges and catering.
- Sound and lighting
services.
- Legal obligations and
liabilities including The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Part III).
