Main Auditorium

A very flexible space which also has a balcony. Four and six foot tables are available. Stages of various sizes can be constructed in any part of the auditorium.

The venue has a high quality sound system and fully equipped lighting rig. Other equipment available includes lecterns, LCD, slide and OHP projectors, front and rear projection screens of varying sizes, CD, mini disc, DVD and video players, cabled and radio microphones and flipcharts. The technical equipment is fully supported by our experienced Sound & Lighting crew.

Harpur Suite

This room has a built in semi-circular stage at one end. Four and six foot tables are available. Available equipment for use in this room includes a portable p.a. system, lecterns, LCD, slide and OHP projectors, front and rear projection screens of varying sizes, CD, mini disc, DVD and video players, cabled and radio microphones and flipcharts.

Howard Room

An attractive room suitable for slightly smaller exhibitions or can be used in conjunction with the Main Auditorium. Four and six foot tables are available. Civic Theatre

A Victorian style theatre with a built in stage and balcony. Seating theatre style. Available equipment for use in this room includes a portable p.a. system, lecterns, LCD, slide and OHP projectors, front and rear projection screens of varying sizes, CD, mini disc, DVD and video players, cabled and radio microphones and flipcharts. The room can hold between 80 and 280.

Harpur Suite Bar, Miller and Bunyan Rooms

These 3 smaller rooms can be set up boardroom style or theatre style. They can be used for small meetings or as break-out areas in conjunction with the main rooms. Available equipment for use in these rooms includes LCD, slide and OHP projectors, front and rear projection screens of varying sizes, CD, mini disc, DVD and video players and flipcharts. Each room can hold between 10 and 35 persons.
