Bedford Corn Exchange achieves Quest Accreditation

In May 2007 Bedford Corn Exchange was awarded Quest accreditation for the second year running, improving on last year's score by achieving 75%. The venue is now registered as 'Highly Commended'.

Bedford Corn Exchange is the first multi-purpose venue in the UK to achieve Highly Commended status and is the highest scoring leisure facility in the Borough of Bedford.

Quest accreditation is recognition that the venue has demonstrated continuous improvement in the management of:

• Customer Service
• Staffing
• Facilities
• Strategic Planning

through independent on-site assessment, mystery visits and regular re-assessment.
